Buying a Home

Now is the time to buy! An $8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit that does not require repayment is now available for the purchase of a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009, and before December 1, 2009. Ask me for more information.

Before Buying a Home

Remember, Traditional Purchase and Sales Agreements don't always protect the buyer's best interest and instead are written to favor the seller.

Also, make sure that you hire an agent well- trained to represent your best interests when buying a home or property.

And last, knowledge is power- the more knowledge your agent has about a given property or its sellers, the more money you will save on the purchase of your new home.
